The first step toward becoming a resident at Casa Dorinda is to
apply for and be accepted on our Waiting List. Casa requires a $350.00
per person application processing fee to be submitted with your
application. Once accepted, upon receipt of a $2,500 per person
Waiting List deposit (80% refundable, 100% applicable towards your
entry fee), you become a part of the Casa's "extended
family" and will receive information about your upcoming move
and the variety of benefits to you during this waiting period.
